Hey iNHL peeps, been a long time but thought I'd stop by and say hi. Looks like the league is going strong, and finally a new version of FHM to play with, eh? In other news, I may be interested in coming back as GM depending which team(s) are available. No hurry, but if something comes open feel free to let me know.
Thanks!

Hopefully Rinne will help solidify my goaltending for a playoff push and Gardiner will help my transition game and the powerplay. Thanks Eric.

Detroit approves of this deal and hopefully will not regret trading Thomas; however, he appears to be fully developed at this point and won't get much better and will probably not be able to move up the depth chart and get meaningful minutes in a Wings uniform.

Detroit sends:
Dylan Larkin (C/LW) Elias Lindholm (C/RW/LW)
St. Louis sends:
Ryan McLeod (C) Jamieson Rees (C/RW) Mikhail Sidorov (RD/LD) Johan Larsson (RW/LW/C) Laurent Dauphin (C/LW) 1st Round Pick (2021-STL) 2nd Round Pick (2021-STL)
This move will either help my playoff push or destroy it. I'm willing to take that chance and let go of the underperforming Lindholm and help the Wings future in the process. Thanks for smooth negotiations Chris.

To Detroit: D - Tyler Myers To Tampa Bay: RW - Otso Rantakari DET 3rd round pick 2021 DET 5th round pick 2021 Thanks for the trade. This helps relieve some cap space and replenishes some draft picks for 2021. Wings continue an attempt at becoming competitive again and we're hoping Myers can help solidify the blueline. Giving up draft picks is never easy but management is confident this will pay off with a hopeful playoff spot next spring. Thanks for easy negotiations Bill!

Detroit sends: 2022 DET 1st round + rights Adam Raška WPG sends: Nikita Popugayev WPG confirms! Starting to have a logjam of young top 9/potential 6 forwards (Nylander, Popugayev, Damiani, Musil, Khodorenko, plus plenty in the AHL) so we'll take some future pieces in order to give Popugayev more playing time somewhere else. Detroit confirms. Popugayev should help take some pressure off Patrik Laine while developing into a bonafide RW star with sheltered minutes. Thanks for easy negotiations Egan!
