Pens announce the following trade:
To CBJ: (LD) Rob Scuderi, (RW) Bryan Rust, (C) Teddy Blueger (prospect), (G) Sean Maguire (prospect)
in exchange for
To PIT: (G) Anton Forsberg, (LW) Matt Calvert
Note to Dax: This deal is valid only if there´s no problem for CBJ to sign Sean Maguire which shouldn´t be a problem imo - he´s currently under contract with BU in the NCAA

I agree to this.
The only potential snafu is with the goalie as I wanted some scrub goalie back so I don't have to sign one in Free Agency to backup in the AHL. Otherwise, this is the aforementioned salary pickup I discussed in the other thread made possible by Clarkson moving out.

Obviously I'm not the comish, but I don't think the signing of an NCAA player will hold this up.

I think I read in another thread about Dax allowing GM's the right to have players that have been sent down already to be edited back onto the roster to allow the iNHL GMs to make they're own decisions.

He wasn´t signed before, that´s why i asked - i don´t think it´s a prob, just wanted a confirmation as i have to wheel and deal carefully because of the cap

That should be fine. I'm pretty sure you can offer him a contract though once the trade is processed. Essentially Pittsburgh is just trading his rights. NCAA players cannot be sent back to the NCAA though so remember that when you offer him a pro contract. He will have to play in the ECHL, AHL or NHL.

CBJ will do this as they need him on the farm - so the deal is approved?
