Is the iNHL version worse or better than the real thing?
In the case of Boston, obviously, we are way, way worse off this year.

Worse. Lundqvist is playing league best in real life.

better...in reality my Pens are barely watchable so far this season, especially Lovejoy, Scuds - still laughing at all the experts stating Sid is still the best player in the world. If not for Flowers play we would be near the bottom of the standings.

Slightly better in iNHL than in reality. At this point the real Flyers were 4-6-3, while in the iNHL I am 5-6-2. Still below my expectations though, but Chara has only played 5 of 13 games for me and his absence has left a big (literally!) hole in my D-line. When he gets back hopefully I'll be able to string together some W's.

Worse. which is sad to say cause they're not really good in the first place.

Either slightly worse or the same. I'm cautiously confident that I can match their present point total in the same number of games, but to technically match their record, I'd need to go 4-1-4 in the next 9 games which isn't likely. We'll see. I'm going with, "same."

Hmmm our record is better than TB is in real life but i think the real reason my iNHL TB is better than the real thing is the added depth i added with Lucic and Eriksson.

The Jets are about the same. A bubble team that relies almost entirely on it's goaltending to steal wins. Though in FHM2 my top guys are a little underrated so I'm expecting a big fall in the standings in next little while.

Seems the iNHL are doing better than the NHL Avalanche. Maybe I should send the FO a copy of the leagues file and offer my Hockey knowledge.

If I go 3-1-1 in my next 5 games, I'll be right there with the real ones. Not entirely impossible I guess, though two straight games against the Habs sure makes things difficult.

Now that we have caught up with the real NHL schedule, I thought I'd post an update on how my iFlyers are doing compared to the real NHL Flyers.
- My iNHL record is 18-13-2, compared to 14-12-7 in real life, which means I am doing slightly better. - I am 7th in the iNHL for goals scored and have conceded the least goals in the league. The real Flyers are 29th in goals scored. I have the second best goal difference in the iNHL (+33), trailing only the superior Tampa Bay Lightning (+44) but I can't seem to be on the winning side of too many tight games - I am 5th in the Metro Division, same as the real Flyers, so I can't say I am doing significantly better. - The top-3 scorers on my team are Giroux (35), Voracek (33) and Simmonds (30), same as the real Flyers.

iDevils are doing significantly better than the real Devils as of now. Cammalleri leading the league in goals (and sedond in points) is something you probably won't see in real life either.
