As part of our government's support of Chairman Beans, please find enclosed Part I of our work:
STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL - DEEP STATE EYES ONLY
Note the following are the official draft rankings and views of the Deep State with respect to the upcoming iNHL Draft. This document is intended solely for members of the Deep State and any unauthorized use, viewing, enjoyment, transfer, acknowledgment, transmission, or other conduct without the express written consent of the Deep State is strictly prohibited.
Deep State Brothers,
Please note the following rankings for the current crop of incoming recruits. Keep to the list and our continued rigging of the system will continue unchecked.
All the best, Vlad
1. Alexis Lafrenèire (LW/C) - Rimouski Oceanic
Pretty much a lock to be the first pick. You can expect AL to be a winger in the iNHL instead of a C but he is the most iNHL-ready prospect in the draft and will contend for the iCalder next season.
2. Quinton Byfield (C) - Sudbury Wolves
Franchise centre with size and skill in spades. Could be a season or two away from the show but this guy has franchise C written all over him.
3. Lucas Raymond (LW/RW) - Frölunda HC
Second most (after AL) iNHL-ready player in the draft has already produced playing against men. Expect 30-40 points in the iNHL next season.
4. Jaromir Pitlik (C) - Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds
Continuing on the theme of franchise-centres-don't-grow-on-trees, it's not hard to see why a team would take a chance on Pitlik at #4: a strong 2-way game with a very-balanced skillset. Unlikely to be a statistical superstar, but may be end up with the most iCups of the group.
5. Alexander Holtz (RW/LW) - HC Skoda Plzen
A steal at #5, the Swedish winger suffers based on our viewings (read: ratings) as compared against fellow SHLer Raymond. Probably the third most iNHL-ready player in the draft. Whomever gets him can slot him in immediately and expect decent production.
6. Dylan Holloway (LW) - Wisconsin Badgers
[Redacted]
7. Braden Schneider (RD) - Brandon Wheat Kings
[Redacted]
8. Danil Guschin (LW) - Gatineau Olympique
[Redacted]
9. Hendrix Lapierre (C/LW) - Chicoutimi Saguneens

10. Tyler Kleven (LD) - U.S. National Team Development Program

6. Dylan Holloway (LW) - Wisconsin Badgers
Only 6'0, but built like a truck, Dylan Holloway is a power forward built for the modern iNHL. An extremely effective net-front presence, Holloway's true strength is in the D-zone. He has all the makings of a defensive superstar at the next level.
7. Braden Schneider (RD) - Brandon Wheat Kings
Perhaps the first true surprise in these rankings, Schneider has been a prolific point-producer in the WHL. The fact he plays RD should only make him more attractive. Fun fact: over the past two season, Schneider has actually out-produced Bo Byram, the 5th Overall Pick from 2019, by a small margin: 97-93.
8. Danil Guschin (LW) - Gatineau Olympique
[Redacted]
9. Hendrix Lapierre (C/LW) - Chicoutimi Saguneens

Deep State Brothers,
Please note the following rankings for the current crop of incoming recruits. Keep to the list and our continued rigging of the system will continue unchecked.
All the best, Vlad
1. Alexis Lafrenèire (LW/C) - Rimouski Oceanic (QMJHL)
Pretty much a lock to be the first pick. You can expect AL to be a winger in the iNHL instead of a C but he is the most iNHL-ready prospect in the draft and will contend for the iCalder next season.
2. Quinton Byfield (C) - Sudbury Wolves (OHL)
Franchise centre with size and skill in spades. Could be a season or two away from the show but this guy has franchise C written all over him.
3. Lucas Raymond (LW/RW) - Frölunda HC (SHL)
Second most (after AL) iNHL-ready player in the draft has already produced playing against men. Expect 30-40 points in the iNHL next season.
4. Jaromir Pitlik (C) - Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds (OHL)
5. Alexander Holtz (RW/LW) - HC Skoda Plzen (ELH)
A steal at #5, the Swedish winger suffers based on our viewings (read: ratings) as compared against fellow SHLer Raymond. Probably the third most iNHL-ready player in the draft. Whomever gets him can slot him in immediately and expect decent production.
6. Dylan Holloway (LW) - Wisconsin Badgers (NCAA)
Only 6'0, but built like a truck, Dylan Holloway is a power forward built for the modern iNHL. An extremely effective net-front presence, Holloway's true strength is in the D-zone. He has all the makings of a defensive superstar at the next level.
7. Braden Schneider (RD) - Brandon Wheat Kings (WHL)
8. Danil Gushchin (LW) - Gatineau Olympique (QMJHL)
An elite-level sniper with a defensive game to match, this talented Russian has drawn a number of deserving comparisons to Pavel Datsyuk.
9. Hendrix Lapierre (C/LW) - Chicoutimi Saguneens (QMJHL)
Similar to Guschin, Lapierre does everything well. If Gushchin is Datsyuk then Lapierre is Patrice Bergeron.
10. Tyler Kleven (LD) - U.S. National Team Development Program (USHL)
A massive (6'5" and 223lbs) two-way defender has scouts drooling over his potential. Likely headed to college this summer so will have time to get even stronger and polish his game prior to making his iNHL debut. Make no mistake, Kleven will be an iNHL d-man.
11. Cole Perfetti (LW/C) - Saginaw Spirit (OHL)
Another excellent all-around forward, Perfetti absolutely torched the OHL with a 41-50-91 stat line in 67 games. For comparison, thats 23 points more than projected #2 pick Quinton Byfield in one less game.
12. Theo Rochette (C) - Chicoutimi Saguneens (QMJHL)
Swiss forward is a scoring machine who can also kill penalties effectively and could be taken ahead of Saugneens teammate Hendrix Lapierre. Probably needs one more year in junior to polish his game but Rochette projects as a top-6 two-way centre in the iNHL.
13. Marco Rossi (C) - Ottawa 67's (OHL)
Yet another two-way centre, Rossi could end up a top-10 pick; very hard to separate Rossi, Rochette, Perfetti, and Lapierre. One thing working in Rossi's favour is that he is an elite faceoff man.
14. Nick Wong (C/RW) - Oshawa Generals (OHL)
An extremely talented offensive centre, Wong is a natural goalscorer. He could go higher but doesn't (yet) have the two-way game of some of the C's ranked ahead of him.
15. Anton Lundell (C) - Everett Silvertips (WHL)
Continuing the theme of the early first-round, Lundell is yet another C with a strong two-way game. Lundell had an interesting season - splitting time between the SHL and WHL - and his experience against men shows in his ultra-responsible style of play.
16. Ryan Francis (C) - Cape Breton Screaming Eagles (QMJHL)
[Redacted]
17. Jack Quinn (RW) - Ottawa 67's (OHL)
[Redacted]
18. Dylan Peterson (C) - U.S. National Team Development Program (USHL)
[Redacted]
19. Kaiden Guhle (LD/RD) - Prince Albert Raiders (WHL)
[Redacted]
20. Jack Finley (RW/C) - Spokane Chiefs (WHL)
